What we collect and why
When you use our contact form or email us, we get your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to build and host your website and send invoices. We never send marketing or sell your details.
Who sees it
Form messages pass through Formspree (opens in a new tab), which emails them to us. Otherwise your details only sit with our email provider and website host.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, we delete it. If you become a client, we keep your details while we work together and keep invoices as long as the law requires.
Cookies
None. The site just remembers your light or dark mode choice in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@victormedia.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (opens in a new tab).
